Inserting Anchors

Anchors serve as link targets within subpages. They can be used especially with menu items with a lot of content. By using links to anchors, you enable your visitors instant access to the sections of the website they are interested in.

1. In the Editing Mode, place the cursor where you would like to insert an anchor. If you wish for the link to direct to, say, a certain address on the site, we recommend that you place the anchor one row before this address.
2. In the toolbar, click the INSERT/EDIT ANCHOR button, thus opening the ANCHOR PROPERTIES pop-up window.
3. Enter the name of the anchor and confirm it by clicking on OK. The name of the anchor will not be visible on the website, but it will allow you to insert a link to it. All anchors on a subpage must have unique names.
4. Now you may insert links to this anchor.
